Terms of Service for Scoopin Poo Crew

Welcome to Scoopin Poo Crew! These Terms of Service govern the use of our pet waste removal services for residential, commercial, and business properties. By hiring us for service, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Pet Waste Yard Clean-Up Services

Scoopin Poo Crew provides the following services:

  • One-Time Clean-Up
  • Weekly Clean-Up
  • Bi-Weekly Clean-Up
  • Monthly Clean-Up

Pricing is based on standard 1/8-acre yards. Larger areas or special conditions may incur additional charges.


2. Access to Your Yard

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access to the area needing service. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, paths are clear, and pets are secured.
  • If we cannot access the yard due to locked gates, pets in the yard, or other barriers, the service will be skipped, and charges will still apply.
  • Customers may provide gate combinations or keys to avoid missed services.
  • A $5 return trip fee will be charged if we must return to complete a missed service due to access issues.

3. Weather Policy

  • Services will continue during light rain or cold weather as long as conditions are safe.
  • Severe weather conditions (thunderstorms, high winds, extreme temperatures, flooding, or snow accumulation) may result in skipped services for safety reasons.
  • Skipped services due to weather will resume on the next scheduled visit, and no refunds will be provided, as waste from missed visits will still be removed during the next service.
  • If urgent cleaning is required before the next visit, contact us, and we will try to accommodate, but additional fees may apply.

4. Holidays

Scoopin Poo Crew does not provide service on the following holidays:

  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (4th of July)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Day

If your service day falls on a holiday, it will be skipped and resumed the following week. Charges for the month will remain the same, as accumulated waste will still be removed.


5. Billing and Payment

  • Services are billed monthly, with payments due on the 1st of the month.
  • Late payments will incur a $10 late fee if not paid by the 3rd of the month.
  • Service will be suspended if payment is not received.
  • You will be removed from the schedule if service is paused for more than 30 days. Resumption may require a first-time clean-up fee.
  • One-time clean-ups are billed after the service and must be paid within 24 hours. Unpaid invoices over 30 days will be sent to collections.

6. Yard Conditions

  • We strive to clean your yard thoroughly; however, tall grass, excessive leaves, or debris may hinder our ability to locate all waste.
  • If maintenance is performed on your yard after our visit, we will address any missed waste during the next scheduled service.

7. Additional Fees

Extra charges may apply for the following:

  • Cleaning decks, patios, or sidewalks: $5 per visit
  • Cleaning rock or pebbled areas: $3 per visit
  • Return trips due to access issues: $5 per visit
  • Waiting fees if we are delayed on-site: $5 per visit

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect personal information, such as your name, address, email, and pet details, to provide our services.
  • Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

9. Revisions to Terms

  • Scoopin Poo Crew reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

10. Shutdown Period

  • Operations may pause between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Customers will remain billed at the standard monthly rate unless the yard is fully cleaned during the shutdown.
